Esri China (Hong Kong) is pleased to announce that we have been officially awarded the  International Organization for Standardization (ISO) accreditation—ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification, by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA). This is one of the world’s most recognized standards for information security. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of our company’s technologies, service, and governance entrusted to us by our partners, customers, and the wider community.

This milestone also highlights our strong commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) values. In previous years, Esri China (Hong Kong) has also been awarded the ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certifications. In addition, our Company has been awarded the 20 Years Plus Caring Company award for the year 2024/25 by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). Together, these three internationally recognized standards form a strong, integrated foundation that supports our mission to advance a smarter, safer, and more sustainable Hong Kong through our geospatial technologies.

Achieving ISO 27001 demonstrates that Esri China (Hong Kong)’s technology, workflows, and governance model adhere to global best practices for managing information security.
