Through StoryMaps Competition

The “Explore Sham Shui Po in Depth: StoryMaps Competition in Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China” Awards Presentation Ceremony was successfully held on December 14, 2024. 60 students from primary and secondary schools formed 14 groups to participate in the competition. They utilized StoryMaps to showcase various aspects of the community, ranging from historical architecture explorations to street stories, cultural dialogues, and urban revitalization proposals.

Meanwhile, the champion of the secondary school category was a team from Holy Trinity College. Their winning StoryMap, “The World of 'KC' - Minority Ethnic Communities (South Asian Individuals) in Sham Shui Po District,” delved into the spatial distribution and religious sites of ethnic minorities in Sham Shui Po.
