Esri China (Hong Kong) is celebrating the 25^th anniversary of its establishment. To mark this special occasion and take this chance to nurture the youth of Hong Kong, our Company is now launching our signature event “Esri China (HK) 25^th Anniversary STEAM Cup – Multi-Subjects ArcGIS StoryMaps Application Competition”. Co-organized with HKedCity, the ArcGIS StoryMaps Competition aims to sharpen students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation skills. Teachers can encourage students to choose from the listed subjects to participate in the competition.  With the learning tools ArcGIS Online and interactive StoryMaps, students will learn to integrate data, maps, and multimedia to create an effective medium for conveying new findings and knowledge on any subject they are interested in. 

All primary 4-6 and secondary schools are welcome to join this territory-wide competition.  The participating teams can simply fill in the online application form to join the contest. All participants will be given free ArcGIS Online school accounts for the event.  By joining the competition, students will be able to illustrate different STEAM concepts with StoryMaps in a fun and interactive way. Ultimately, the Competition will tell the world “good stories of Hong Kong” from the education sector.
