Esri China (HK) Supports
BIM+GIS Program for Planners
To achieve construction digitalization, nurturing more smart people is a must. The Hong Kong Alliance of Built Asset & Environment Information Management Associations (HKABAEIMA) offered BIM+GIS Program for the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP). Esri China (Hong Kong) provided ArcGIS software licenses to support the course, including ArcGIS CityEngine.
ArcGIS CityEngine is advanced 3D modeling software for creating huge, interactive, and immersive urban environments in less time than traditional modeling techniques. It gives town planners a three-dimensional holistic view for designing urban environments. Dr. Winnie Tang, founder and chairman of Esri China (Hong Kong) together with Ar. Ada Fung Yin-suen, the President of HKABAEIMA and Mr. Thomas Lee, the President of HKIP, were the Guest of Honors to present the certificates to the graduates on September 8, 2021.
