Congratulations to Sr. Tony Tse and Sr. Paul Tsui on receiving Departmental Outstanding Alumni Awards 2020 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Coincidentally, Sr. Paul Tsui, Managing Director of Esri China (Hong Kong), was interviewed to share his extensive experience in the IT and surveying industries with legislator Sr. Tony Tse in his 5-min interview on the YouTube channel. In the interview, Paul showcased some newly added functions and features of the Interactive COVID-19 Dashboard for Hong Kong, and how the use of ArcGIS technology could be beneficial to people in a smart city context.

On the other occasion, Paul was invited to share his views on the innovative use of GIS technology for urban tree management in a webinar organized by THEi. The webinar titled “Smart City For Urban Forest? What Can Big Data And Technology Bring Changes To Us?” was successfully held on 14 November 2020.
