Since December 2009, ERB has launched the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” (the Scheme) to recognize organizations’ outstanding achievements in manpower training and development, and acknowledge them as Manpower Developers (MDs).
The Scheme is held annually with a vision to instil a corporate culture advocating the importance of manpower training and development. All participating organizations are assessed by the Technical Consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies and practices in manpower training and development. Esri China (HK) passed the whole process of assessment successfully and has been acknowledged as an MD since April 2014. The accreditation is valid for 2 years and is renewable. This year, we have passed the renewal assessment again and continue to be acknowledged as MDs for another 2 years.
Since its establishment, Esri China (HK) has trained over 400 IT and GIS professionals. We are proud of the contribution to the IT industry and will continue promoting a learning culture within our Company.
