What is HK ArcGIS?

Esri China (Hong Kong) is launching of HK ArcGIS, a Hong Kong developed ArcGIS platform with locally owned intellectual property right acquired from Esri Headquarters. Built on world-leading ArcGIS technology, HK ArcGIS integrates geoprocessing tools tailored to Hong Kong-specific scenarios, ready-to-use local datasets, and out-of-the-box, pre-trained GeoAI models optimized for local features. This milestone reflects our long-standing commitment to advancing geospatial innovation and supporting the development of Hong Kong's smart city ecosystem.

Two construction leaders in Hong Kong, Hip Hing and Gammon, used integrated GIS and BIM to create digital twins that improve project management, logistics, and safety.
