Esri China (HK) was once again presented with awards of Family-Friendly Employer in the Prize Presentation Ceremony of the “2015/16 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme” held by the Family Council.

Esri China (HK) colleagues received the two awards of 2015/16 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme in the ceremony.

The company was granted two prizes under the Small and Medium Enterprises Category:

• Family-Friendly Employers 2015/16 and
• Special Mention 2015/16 (Gold)

The later award is given to companies that had been awarded the Family Friendly Employers in 2011 and 2013/14. Esri China (HK) has been recognized as a Family-friendly Employer consecutively in the previous schemes. We are proud of the achievement as it indicates that we have been continuously implementing family-friendly workplace policies and practices.

Launched in 2011, the biennial award scheme recognizes employers who attach importance to the family-friendly spirit, encourages them to continue to put in place family-friendly employment policies and practices to raise employers’ awareness of the important of family core values, and aims to foster a pro-family culture and environment.
