• Marketing for Geographic Information System (GIS) software products;
• Marketing communications with customers including company web site, marketing materials and event organization and management;
• Procurement and design of marketing materials like brochures, souvenirs and graphics of company web site;
• Assist in sales support activities including but not limited to filing, quotations & proposal preparation and training orders follow up;
• Handle & classify name cards and maintain customer records for marketing purpose;
• Update internal information such as timely instructions and marketing information; and
• Assist in handling telephone calls.

• Degree in Marketing / Business / Geography / Geo-Informatics or related fields;
• At least 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Skill in using desktop publishing and web page authoring software desirable;
• Basic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator etc. desirable;
• Experience in sales support and marketing is desirable, including quotation and proposal, customer relation, event organization and management, web site content editing, news bulletin editing, etc.;
• Good command in written English and Chinese; and
• Good communication and presentation skill.
